I just wanted to take a minute and thank you guys for improving my fleet of over one hundred trucks, some new, but most are showing their age! I rely on your expert knowledge of the truck components you work on for me, but many shops out there are competent. What keeps me coming back to Habby’s Transmission can be broken down into four attributes that to me are deal-breakers if not met. You guys approach your customers with a personable and friendly attitude, whether in person, on the phone, by email, or by text. You are always accessible. You maintain a constant stream of communication from the beginning of the diagnosis through to the completion of the job. You don’t delay a job in favor of another customer. You understand that these trucks make us money and down time is unacceptable. Finally, and most importantly, you are honest and you give options. You understand that repairs are not cheap, so you offer less expensive alternatives If they exist. I appreciate having Habby’s Transmission to take my trucks to for work. Confidence in a repair well done at a reasonable price these days is a high bar that you both reach every time! It’s not easy running any retail business, but servicing commercial trucks that only make your customers money when the wheels are turning is quite possibly the toughest. Keep up the good work!
Had my transmission serviced 2 months ago warren Wayne were very professional informed me of the process status of my repair had some other issues that they took care of battery alternator overall I'm a satisfied customer would recommend them to anyone in need of service to your vehicle.
Bought my twins their first car 2006 Hyundai Sant Fe. Like most old cars its got some issues. Tranny started shifting hard and slipping. Wayne the shop manager asked me to leave car for a day. They tried several things but ultimately the vehicle will need a new tranny. Wayne simply returned my vehicle and said whenever im ready let him know.I had others tell me I need a new tranny but then tried to sell me on the spot. Also no one took the time to reflash the cars computer to reset the tranny or drive the vehicle to see if it was a smaller issue.First time needing tranny work but trust this family owned business after seeing how they treat people whether a customer or not.
Dealt with them several years ago outstanding results. 2nd time dealing with them.
I was recommended to come here by one of my friends, and I'm so glad I came here. I brought my car in because my car had a transmission oil pan leak, and I also informed them about a noise I was hearing when I would turn the steering wheel to the left...before they did any work on my car, the called me and informed me that I also needed to replace the hub bearing on the passenger front side. They were very honest with me about the pricing. I was able to think it Ofer and let them know what I wanted to do. They didn't pressure me about doing all of the work at once...everyone was very friendly! Highly recommend them.
Thanks to Habby's they brought my car back to life! Car had less than 59,000 miles and tranny failed October 2014. As previous posts indicate Warren (a/k/a "Buster") called me first to discuss the likely cause and I agreed to the $450 diagnosis charge to identify all the parts that were bad and needed replacement ($450 credited to cost of the rebuilt tranny). He called the next business day and explained that a rebuilt tranny would include replacing all the bad parts and installing updates. I agreed to the rebuild and it's been operating flawlessly since I picked the car up from Habby's over 2 years and 20,000 miles ago! I waited so long to post because I wanted to carefully evaluate the rebuilt tranny over time and miles to provide an accurate review. BTW, my local gas station repair shop recommended Habby's when he told me that he's had several of his personal cars and customers' tranny's rebuilt there with good results. I can honestly say that in my experience Habby's runs a reputable shop and they know how to rebuild transmissions. They treated me professionally and provided me with good communication.

I had my transmission done by this shop, at first I wasn’t too sure, what I was getting in service, bc I had bad experience in my past with other shops. But after 8000 miles, I can tell you that this shop is worthy of a A+, for service and customer care. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for a honest and reliable service shop. Thx to the whole staff there.
Blew a tranny in my Work truck , they towed it for me and fixed it and warranted it for 2 years plus 30k miles
